Transition Plan- 21 Day Challenge

Everyone has been working so hard during the 21 Day Challenge! A combination of planning, trying new foods and new cooking has kept the community learning and busy.

Even though the challenge is coming to an end today, we encourage you to make a transition plan on how to adopt new habits, and cut out old habits you want to get rid of. Really take a look over the last 21 days and reflect on what worked and what didn’t work.  Keep the things that did work and continue to tweak the foods that make you feel good, healthy, and full of energy.
