Trail Mix Sweet Bread

Cook time: 15-20 minutes

Ingredients

3 ripe bananas, mashed

⅓ cup applesauce

2 cups oats

1 tsp. vanilla

1 tsp. cinnamon

¼ cup milk of choice

Add-Ins (Optional):

⅛ cup currants

⅛ cup goji berries

⅛ cup pumpkin seeds

⅛ cup sunflower seeds

⅛ cup cocoa nibs

1 tbsp. shredded coconut

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.

2. Mix ingredients together and bake for 15-20 minutes.

3. Let cool and enjoy!
