“Our students deserve every chance to grow strong mentally and physically. A garden will give our community tools to demonstrate science, nutrition, physical activity, math, language arts, social studies, and many more lessons.”~Ana Marie Cervantes
Our Story
The majority of our students come from agricultural families. Our school is also implanted between some of Southern California’s biggest nurseries and farms. Despite these opportunities very few are educated on proper nutrition, health, and garden success. Our students deserve every chance to grow strong mentally and physically. A garden will give our staff the tools to demonstrate science, nutrition, physical activity, math, language arts, social studies, and many more lessons. Not only do we hope these lessons will assist our students, we hope they will transcend into their families and improve their quality of living as well.
Your Help
Our students are in desperate need of food education and a garden space that is collaborative and nurturing. ?With your compassion and support, their wish can come true. ?Donate today to help the health and future of our community.
