Mexican Chocolate Chia Pudding

¼ cup chia seeds

¾ cup milk of choice

2 tbsp. cocoa powder

1 tbsp. honey

1 tsp. cinnamon

1 pinch cayenne pepper

cocoa nibs (optional)


1. Stir chia seeds into milk of choice and refrigerate for at least one hour.

2. Add cocoa powder, honey, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper and blend well.

3. Top with cocoa nibs if desired and enjoy!
