Tomatoes

Often misinterpreted as a vegetable, the tomato is a warm-season fruit. Containing high levels of lycopene, tomatoes are good for the eyes, guarding against Age-Related Macular Degeneration, which may cause blindness. Tomatoes are America’s most popular garden “vegetable.”
