Colorful Salad with Radish

1-2 cups greens (arugula, spinach, kale, or a

1 radish, sliced

1 tbsp. sesame seeds

¼ cup mangoes or other fruit of choice (strawberries, cranberries, etc.)

1 tbsp. EVOO

½ avocado


1. Heat a small pan and toast sesame seeds for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.

2. In a bowl, add the greens, then top with radish, sesame seeds, fruit, and avocado.

3. Serve with a drizzle of olive oil and enjoy!
