- 2 Ripe Bananas
- 1 C. Dates
- 1/2 C. Almond Butter
- 1/2 C. Coconut Flour
- 1/4 C. Coconut Oil (liquified)
- 1/4 C. Butter
- 2 tsp. Bakin Soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. Vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. Cocoa Powder
- Top with Dark Chocolate Chips (mix additional in if you like more)
- 1/4 C. Coconut Flakes
Preheat oven to 350 F and greased the muffin pans.
In a small bowl, mix together coconut flour, sea salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, mix together butter, liquified coconut oil, and vanilla. Mix the dry ingredients with wet until thoroughly mixed. Fold in mashed bananas, coconut flakes, and chocolate.
Scoop batter into muffin tins to 3/4 full, top with additional chocolate chips or nuts (optional) and bake for 20-30 minutes. When done, let it cool.
